We only process data that is necessary for a specific purpose:

  • Customer data: When concluding an accounting service contract, we process the data necessary to perform the service and our legal obligations.

  • Responding to your inquiries and providing consultation - based on your request/consent (Art. 6, §1, b. "a" and "b" of the GDPR).
  • Provision of accounting services and performance of a contract - on the basis of performance of a contract (Art. 6, §1, b).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, etc.) - on the basis of Art. 6, §1, b. "c".
  • Analysis and improvement of the site - based on your consent to cookies or legitimate interest (Art. 6, §1, b. "a"/"e").

4. Shelf life

We store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or for the period required by applicable law (e.g. accounting and tax requirements). After the expiry of the period, the data is deleted or anonymized.
